I have researched several music videos that have similar elements to what I intend on including in my own. Below is the music video to Professor Green -Remedy:

Each of the three videos above feature elements that I want to include in my own video, few of these being:
- Relationships between a boy and girl
- Mixed emotions
- Party scene
- Teenagers/students/young adults
- Mild drug/alcohol abuse
The editing in these videos is also very fast paced, each shot is relatively short cutting from one another with flashing lights and bright colours - as you would expect at a party or night club.

To begin my A2 Media coursework, I have been asked to choose a brief between 14 options. One of the briefs that stood out to me was number 1:
'A promotion package for the release of an album, to include a music promo video, together with two of the following three options:'
- A website homepage for the band
- A cover for its release as part of a digipak (CD/DVD package);
- A magazine advertisement for the digipak (CD/DVD package).
I have bolded the options I have chosen to do, together with my music promo video.
I have chosen this brief as I have a keen interest in music, there is a wide range of music genres I can choose from and would enjoy to make my own music video on a song of my preference.
For my A2 task I will be working with Jodie Nicholls and Fran Harris.
